1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • The original packaging and all accessories are included.

Products that have been used, installed, customized, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

3. Damaged or Wrong Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or videos of the product.
  • A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), WALLORA.PK will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
